CNC Turning Service 

CNC turning is a more efficient method to manufacture round components from plastic and metal bars or tubes, such as worm shafts. When combined with live tooling, milled geometries can be achieved simultaneously.

Such as lathe machining, lathe-mill machining, 5-axis lathe-mill machining and Swiss type lathe machining. At present, Kesu Hardware have been invested in 70 sets of machines for CNC turning service. 

Among Kesu Group's various CNC services, CNC turning is often requested for specific categories of parts. Turning is a CNC machining process in which the workpiece is rotated in a chuck at high speed. Unlike CNC milling, the tool does not rotate.

Metals such as aluminum, magnesium, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, titanium and nickel alloys, as well as plastics such as nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, POM, PP, PMMA, PTFE, PEI, PEEK, etc. can be turned. CNC lathes are also called lathes.
