CNC machine tool processing mainly includes:
1. Special-shaped parts; such as brackets, shift forks and other parts with irregular shapes, most of them require mixed processing of multiple stations. Due to the irregular shape of the parts, ordinary machine tools can only process with scattered processes, so more tooling is needed, and the production cycle will be longer. For CNC machine tools, it is easy to process such special-shaped parts.
2. Curved surface parts; CNC machine tools can complete the surface of parts composed of complex curves or curved surfaces. During processing, multiple coordinate axes are required to be linked to perform processes that are difficult for ordinary machine tools to complete. The process of these parts needs to be highly concentrated, the cumulative error of the part size should be small, and the assembly accuracy should be high. The CNC machine tool can meet the needs of these curved surface parts.
3. Planar parts and parts with holes; Parts whose processing surface is parallel to the horizontal plane of the processing surface are called planar parts. Each processing surface of this kind of parts is flat or can be expanded into a flat surface, and a special angle forming milling cutter is basically selected for processing. The CNC machine tool can process the distributed holes with keyways or end faces according to different spindle movements. It can also process disc sleeves with curved surfaces and plate parts with more holes.
4. Variable bevel parts; Parts whose angle between the processing surface and the horizontal plane is continuously changing are called variable bevel parts. Most of these parts are parts on the aircraft, and inspection fixtures and assembly frames also belong to the variable angle parts.
