Rapid Tooling China

Kesu Group is a cost oriented additive manufacturing supplier in China. Over the past years, we have consistently provided our global customers with quality prototypes and parts at low prices. We attach great importance to long-term cooperation with our customers. We prefer to grow with our small and medium-sized customers at low margins rather than struggling for momentary high profits.

Rapid Prototyping

We are your reliable R&D partner. From CAD design to physical prototype in your hands and finally to your team, it's faster than ever. We have developed the latest rapid prototyping technologies to meet your design challenges and will work with you to validate your product concepts, functionally test and improve engineering verification. Our rapid prototyping services include CNC prototyping, 3D printing, vacuum casting, rapid prototyping, sheet metal prototyping, and prototype finishing.

Rapid Tooling

We are also your best low volume manufacturing partner, Kesu Group is the leading rapid tooling and rapid injection manufacturer in China. We insert aluminum 7075 and soft steel P20 molds into our reusable universal or MUD molds, rapid tooling can be completed in 5-7 days while saving 30%-40% over traditional production tools. Our other low-volume manufacturing services rapid injection molding, rapid die casting, low-volume CNC machining, and low-volume metal stamping, all of which can have excellent surface finishes.

Prototyping tools and production tooling

Kesu Group applies rapid tooling technology to meet our customers' needs for small production runs. In order to provide our customers with the best solutions, we have 3 main tooling approaches.

1. Prototype Tooling: Prototype tooling with a life of up to 5,000 cycles for prototyping and small batch production.

2. Bridging tools: tool life up to 100,000 cycles for medium volume production

3. Rapid production tooling: Tool life up to 1,000,000+ cycles for volume production

Our experienced sales engineers will provide you with expert advice based on your part configuration and the number of parts required. Our goal is to provide high quality parts at the lowest possible cost.

Rapid Injection Molding Tips

All projects and manufacturing processes have their own set of challenges and guidelines for success. For rapid prototyping, there are many steps you can take to reduce costs and lead times.

Surface preparation is one of them.

The less we have to do to the tool to achieve the surface finish you want, the faster and cheaper it will be.
