Last week, Kesu Group invested in 2 sets of brand new large stroke 5-Axis CNC machine centers. One is the old friend GMU 600, the other is GMU-800EVO.
Currently, GMU-800 series is one of these few five-axis linkage machining centers which capable of heavy-duty milling. GMU-800 is equipped with German high-end spindle technology and high-rigidity and high-torque gear transmission A/C cradle turntable technology, which is combined with precise analysis and optimized bed structure. Therefore, GMU-800 could easily meet the machining requirement of various materials in high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-precision.
The most remarkable ability of GMU-800EVO is it’s stroke and platform. The max stroke of X,Y,Z axis are 850mm, 950mm, 550mm. The platform is φ 800mm. Which means that this machine is able to process the complex and heavy component which dimension are less than 800mm.
Another remarkable ability of GMU-800EVO is that this Five-axis linkage machining center equipped with GTRT gear drive.
The GMU-800 cradle turntable adopts the European mechanical transmission GTRT technology, which could achieves stronger torque output, higher rigidity, stability and better rotation accuracy than the conventional turntable drive.
