Finished product pass rate ≥ 98%
On-time delivery rate ≥ 95%
Customer satisfaction ≥ 95%

We Ensure Quality in Every Step
Step 01
Pre-Production
Technical assessment
Prior to production, our engineering team conducts a thorough technical evaluation of your part designs, analyzing key aspects like material selection, surface finish, structural integrity, manufacturing processes, and other specifications detailed in your 3D and 2D drawings.
Material verification
Upon customer request, we supply a material certification for the parts we produce, sourced from the raw material manufacturer. This report typically includes details such as material heat number, grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical composition analysis.
Step 02
In-Production
On-site inspection system
In precision machining, workpieces must be precisely positioned at all times. An on-site inspection system automatically checks positions and makes necessary adjustments, helping to identify and resolve issues early, thereby saving time and reducing costs.
In-process quality control
At Kesu, we rigorously adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our quality control team performs routine inspections on all parts in production every two hours, proactively minimizing risks.
Step 03
Final-Production
Full-dimensional inspection report
Upon request, we provide comprehensive dimensional inspection reports for all orders, detailing part quantity, critical dimensions, threads, tolerances, thicknesses, depths, and part appearance.
Packaging
Delivering top-quality parts is our priority at Kesu. Recognizing the uncertainties of logistics, we minimize risks during packaging by using four protective layers: 1. wrapping paper, 2. EPE, 3. foam, and 4. a paper or wooden box. This ensures your parts arrive in pristine condition, maintaining their high quality and appearance.
Kesu’s facilities are outfitted with state-of-the-art tools and technology. Our expert team utilizes CNC machines, mold tooling, and advanced 3D printers, among other tools. With high-precision industrial manufacturing, a variety of finishes on solid metal or plastic parts, and our quality assurance capabilities, KeSu strives to make your custom parts to your specifications.
By overseeing all manufacturing in-house, we closely monitor quality at every stage. This approach ensures high standards, enables flexible production scheduling, and delivers cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Direct oversight minimizes risks and enhances the reliability of your supply chain.
